Account and registration
No. We at rubah allow one account per person. If we detect that you are operating multiple accounts under the same identity, email, or payment method, we will close all duplicate accounts. Any balance in closed duplicate accounts may be forfeited. During KYC verification, we confirm your identity and cross-check against existing accounts. If you have lost access to a previous account, contact our support team to recover it rather than opening a new one.
On the rubah login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address. We will send you a password-reset link to your registered email. Click the link and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password. The reset link expires after one hour for security. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. We can verify your identity and send a new reset link if needed.
We at rubah provide several account-control tools in your dashboard: you can update your email and mobile number, enable two-factor authentication for login security, view your transaction history, manage your payment methods, and request account closure if you wish to stop using rubah.
